I have extensive experience of implementing and managing IT systems for professional services firms.  For twelve years I managed the IT systems for two leading City law firms, and more recently I have established my own consultancy, Tandem Management. 

I now specialise in the design and implementation of CRM systems for all kinds of professional services firms.  Most recently I project managed the implementation of a 1700-user InterAction system for a leading UK accounting firm, and I am currently advising a firm of engineering consultants.

My experience of professional services firms in general, and of CRM projects in particular, has taught me that technology is rarely the obstacle to success.  A far greater challenge is to ensure the enthusiastic adoption of systems by their intended users.  With the experience of three CRM implementations behind me, I can help ensure that your project avoids the many pitfalls that await the unwary.
